Way of Working:
- Inspection of dimensions and run out is carried out hundred percent on all the parts to avoid any chance of mechanical failure of pump and motor.
- Follow the scheme of fits and tolerance limits for the dimensions of parts, which is helpful in replacement of parts during future repairing and maintenance.
- Physical and Chemical test of all materials carried out regularly lot wise to avoid any chance of getting poor quality material.
- Testing of each and every Pumpset is carried out in Load and No Load to avoid any chance of problem on site after dispatch.
- Other tests as per BIS requirements are also carried out to check robustness of Pumpsets.
- Pressing, Machining, Winding, Assembly and all the phases of production are checked by production staff during process to avoid even small mistakes.
